Meg Anne Brighton is an American novelist, cover designer, and former hospice nurse from Henderson, Nevada. She received a nomination for "Nurse of the Year" in 1993. She collects art and quilts and enjoys spending time with her family. She lives in the countryside near Charm, Ohio. An interest in her ancestry inspired her best-selling novel, Silence of the Loons, which is based on her ancestors in Maury County, Tennessee. She is best known for her romance suspense novels. Acclaimed novels include: The Girl with the Golden Ribbon, Susan's Mirror Image, The Nephew's Proposition, and Silence of the Loons. She is also currently working on two books: Gatsby: That Girl and The Sorceress and the Seven Witches.
